Morgan Malewicz (that's Mal-ah-wits) Morgan’s story begins in the Canadian border city of Windsor, Ontario. Morgan and her twin sister Kendal quickly realized their unique voices could be applied in the field of radio. The high-energy duo also realized that they had a knack for entertaining and decided it was a good idea to get paid to talk for a living. Acting and being the centre of attention comes easily to Morgan who developed her desire to perform throughout her early school career.
While completing a double major of Communications and Drama at the University of Windsor, Morgan began to focus her efforts in the field on radio (after discovering that she couldn’t act!!). Many late nights manning the ancient sound board at the campus radio station somehow confirmed that Morgan’s passion was to be heard over the airwaves. An internship at the popular Detroit station WDRQ gives Morgan some of the big market experience that kindled her appetite for bigger and better things.
Fast forward to two years ago and a quick three month excursion to the Cayman Islands has turned into a more permanent stay and the revival of Morgan’s passion for radio. You can catch her part time at the Brick House and Monday thru Friday with Jason Howard on the Breakfast Buzz.
