We love how our listeners get involved in all of our contests, but we have a few ground rules:


1. You must be over 18 to win anything involving alcohol.
2. You must be a legal resident of the Cayman Islands.
3. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from the station witihin 30 days within the contest end date unless otherwise stated within these official rules.
(i.e.  if you win ANY PRIZE, specifically a large prize, such as being a qualifier, you CANNOT enter into any other contest until 30 days are up.)
4. Only one (1) prize per household for the contest for any thirty (30) day period.
5. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. Z99 events, concerts) and the winners or winner must be available on the dates specified. If the winner can not be contacted or is disqulaified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winners prize, in it's sole dicresion.
6. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligable winner(s) are not transferable, redeamble for cash, or exchangable for any other prize. Winners must present identification prior to being awarded the prize.

9. We are not responsible for dropped calls, faulty connections, or phone technically diffuculties.
10. We are not responsible for any government taxes or additonal charges on any flights/trips/accomodations etc. That cost is to be absorbed buy the prize winner.
11. Z99 judges have the final say in all decisons.
