Friday nights hit different on Z99.9.

ID Friday Takeover is a two-hour mix show hosted by founding ID members Wylson & DJ No Name, with each DJ taking over the airwaves for an hour.

Expect a mix of hits, remixes, deep cuts and fresh sounds, alongside new music coming out of Cayman and sounds from around the world. The show also creates a space to spotlight local music, promote events and give Cayman’s growing music scene a bigger platform.

About ID

Founded in November 2025, ID grew out of a passion for underground art parties and a drive to push creative and cultural innovation in Cayman.

ID Friday Takeover brings that same energy to the airwaves — introducing new sounds, highlighting local artists and creating another outlet for Cayman’s music scene to grow and flourish.

Meet Wylson

Caribbean-grown and Caribbean-based, Wylson is a producer and designer constantly searching for the tracks and sounds that move culture forward.

Drawing inspiration from music around the world, his sets are about more than getting you moving — they’re designed to give you something to dance to, something to think about and a place to let go.

Meet DJ No Name

There’s a reason they call him DJ No Name.

Keeping his identity under wraps, he changes his name for every live appearance and lets the music do the talking. Specializing in house and techno with a deep appreciation for the classics, he takes pride in putting together sets you won’t easily Shazam.

Beyond the decks, he founded Model Photographer Meet Up & Creative Social, events designed to help Cayman’s creative community connect, collaborate and grow.
